Rules for using the services

  1. Diagnostics of defects are paid according to the price list of the respective service base in which the device is registered.
  2. On-site consultations in the service are free of charge.
  3. Visit and diagnostics at the address are paid immediately after the device's damage is detected.
  4. The fee for the visit and diagnostics is declared at the time of registration of the repair request.
  5. In the pricing of the tariffs for visiting an address outside the city, transportation costs to the settlement of the address for visit are calculated.
  6. The price for repairing the device and spare parts is declared by the technical person performing the diagnostics.
  7. The customer has the right to refuse to carry out the repair in cases where the cost of the repair or the delivery time for the spare parts are unprofitable.
  8. The customer is obliged to notify the service in advance if it is impossible for the technician to access the address or the device.
  9. If access to the device is impossible due to being built into furniture structures, inaccessible height, incorrect or risky installation, the service has the right to refuse the repair.
  10. If there is evidence that the device is inhabited by insects or rodents, as a result of which there are damaged components, the service has the right to unilaterally terminate any repair actions!
  11. When it is established that the customer has disassembled the device and there has been an unsuccessful attempt at repair, the service may refuse to service the request in question. In this case, only the visit fee is paid.
  12. The client (service user) by placing an order for using the service, agrees to accept the risk that exists in the repair process of unintentional damage to property or elements of the device being repaired. In the presence of such a situation, the company is not financially responsible for compensation to the client (service user).
  13. The administration of repair orders requires the use of personal data. The company may process information about the client (name, address, telephone number), for the purpose of communication on issues related to the repair process. By placing an order for repair, the client automatically agrees to these data being used for the aforementioned purposes.
